Hotel registration:

Each participant will have to pay directly to the hotel upon arrival.

Rates per room (includes breakfast):

 Single:  1.050 DKR                               Double:1.250 DKR

If you wish to arrive already on Thursday, the price will be same.There are only few rooms reserved also for Thursday night for those who will arrive on Thursday. If you cannot book hotel for Thursday night on website, please contact hotel for further help

NB! The reservation is made for around 100 participants and it is valid until 9th of December. The hotel cannot quarantee availability of rooms if you book later than that.
