The Nordic IVF Laboratory Society (NILS) hereby welcomes you to the 20thMeeting in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 3rd-4th of May 2024
Registration fee for the meeting including workshop/special sessions is 130 € (970 DKK).
Travel costs and the accommodation will be paid by participants themselves.
NILS General Assembly Meeting
General assembly of the Nordic IVF-Laboratory Society on Saturday 4th of May, 2024, 11.00-11.30 at Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Information about the Basic education session
Company sponsored demonstration sessions
Between 13.45-15.45 and 16.00-18.00. You can participate without registration for the sessions.
There will be four companies (see below) that will run demonstrations simultaneously. Participants will be divided into four groups that will rotate between the exhibition stands. It is a great opportunity for the participants to network with other colleagues and the exhibitors. Also, we would like to encourage the participants to ask questions and exchange experience and knowledge during the demonstration sessions.

Payment
Hotel information and booking
For accommodation hotel rooms have been prebooked for participants at Hotel Wakeup Copenhagen (Bernstorffsgade 35) located directly in the city of Copenhagen and approximately 25 minutes (10 km) from Copenhagen international airport.
Please note that upon booking your room you must send an email to the hotel and state the reference number in your booking. The hotel must have your full name, telephone number and a valid credit card as a guarantee for the reservation.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Friday 3rd of May, 19:30 at IDA Conference, Kalvebod Brygge 31, located about 400 m from Hotel Wakeup Copenhagen.
