DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS THE 17TH OF AUGUST.

LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL LATE FEE OF 100 EURO AND WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SEATING AT THE DINNER.

Registration includes a members fee that costs 50 Euro per person.

Please fill out the form below with your name and email address. In the message box write your clinics name and if you would like to participate in one of the company organised workshops (please specify which one), only a limited number of participants can join each workshop.

It is also important to indicate if you have any food allergies or requirements.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with details of how you can pay the members fee. Upon payment your registration will be complete.
